I want this to be an easy, fun, and reassuring experience for my clients! Please take the time to fully read and understand the items below. For further questions and related inquiries, e-mail and social media direct messages are preferred.BY COMMISSIONING MY ART, YOU ARE AGREEING THAT YOU ARE AT LEAST 18 YEARS OLD AND HAVE APPROVED ACCESS TO A MEANS OF PAYMENT/PAYPAL ACCOUNT.REGARDING PAYMENT/REFUNDS● I WILL NEVER CONTACT YOU ASKING FOR DIRECT PAYMENT WITHOUT SUBMISSION OF REQUEST! IF YOU RECEIVE A MESSAGE LIKE THIS, IT IS NOT ME. PLEASE CONTACT ME WITH SCREENSHOTS AND I WILL HANDLE THE SITUATION!● Full OR Half* payment must be issued before I work on the image unless other payment arrangements are made. *The other 50% will be required after the final approval BEFORE I complete any edits and/or changes. This has never been necessary and will likely only be invoked should the client become abusive or uncooperative or if any unforeseen personal issues arise that preclude me from completing your commission.● If you; the client; decide to cancel your commission, only a partial refund will be granted unless no work on the commission has been done. I will calculate the amount based on the amount of work completed.● No refunds will be issued after the artwork is completed.REGARDING YOU, THE CLIENT
● You MUST fill out this form before I will accept your request. You CANNOT simply request a commission through Ko-Fi as they do not have the specific questions I require answers for!● You MAY repost your commission so long as proper credit is provided. You MAY also crop said artwork for avatars, books, or banners, but you MAY NOT repost a full, high-resolution image without my signature/watermark and either a link to one of my social media sites or explicit credit noted in the image description or posting.● You MAY request more than one commission at a time, however, you MAY NOT pay for more than one at a time. REQUESTS COME FIRST. PAYMENT ON ACCEPTANCE. Keep in mind, your initial commission does NOT guarantee acceptance of any others, regardless of whether you have a membership with me.● If you request more than one commission, please fill out a NEW form for each SEPARATE request.● You MAY NOT create copies, prints, or other merchandise with the intent to sell or for profit. If your intended purpose is to use the artwork for commercial means, that must be communicated to me beforehand and will be factored into pricing.● PLEASE LET THE ARTIST KNOW BEFOREHAND IF YOU PREFER YOUR COMMISSION TO REMAIN PRIVATE. This is so I will know to add "(NO PUB)" to the art title as a reminder to prevent the unwanted publication of your commission online.● You have the right to issue takedown notices of images posted without your consent or my own, provided you own the copyrights to characters or IPs depicted. Most sites will insist on the requestor demonstrating valid ownership, or permission to the characters or IP before processing a takedown request.EDITS AND CHANGES
● You may request reasonable changes and edits. I will provide progress images to you during the work for approval through your stated, preferred method of contact. It is the responsibility of the client to be as clear and specific as possible on what they want their commission to be. Cooperation will help to limit edits and delays in completing the artwork. I have provided clarifying questions to help you through the process. These are required. I reserve the right to determine what constitutes reasonable changes and edits.● If you paid half up front, this is the point where the other 50% will be due BEFORE I begin the edits and/or changes.● You MAY NOT post any edits or traces of the commission produced by yourself or a third party.● You MAY color line art or paint over a sketch, so long as there is a link to the original sketch, as well as clear credit, provided my contribution to the piece alongside any additional work done by other artists.REGARDING ME, THE ARTIST
● Starting off, I will only have 5 slots available at a time with a limit of 1 commission per client. Once I am done with one commission, I will open one slot. The regular character sheet limit is 6 to keep production as quick as possible. My Cinematic option is up to 12 as an estimate of demand. If demand equates to or surpasses that of my regular option, I will add more regular quantities.● I appreciate every commission but please realize that there may come a point in my business where I have other clients who are waiting for my slots to open up. If you have requested more than one commission and one of which has been through the process of acceptance to completion, I will be UNLIKELY to accept your other(s) until/unless I have an opening or a space in requests.● I reserve the right to copy, reproduce, and reuse the image for use in my portfolio, self-promotion, and sales. I WILL NOT reproduce your commission with the intent to sell or for profit directly from it.● I reserve the right to set a reasonable time frame for the completion of the commission and extend that time at my discretion. Unforeseen personal issues may arise that prevent me from completing work within the previously stated window.● I, the artist, reserve the right to refuse a commission for ANY reason.Any requests depicting the subject matter listed below WILL NOT be considered at ANY TIME. This remains the same regardless of whether or not I accept gore/NSFW commissions. This is NOT an enabling space for people who request:◦ Pedophilia or depictions of underage characters or subjects in a sexually suggestive manner.

Commission Info!

1. Read the information provided on this website before you begin!2. Fill out a commission form by using the 'Request a Commission!' button in the menu. Please follow all directions! I will cancel any and all commissions requested through Ko-Fi ALONE. The request comes first!3. Once I have accepted your request, I will send a link to my Ko-Fi Commissions Page to pay for your commission as well as a link to my Notion queue to see what I'm working on!4. I will begin your commission AFTER processing the full OR half* payment.5. I will send you a WATERMARKED process update after every stopping point I reach and update my Notion queue accordingly.6. *If you paid 50% upfront, the other half will be due upon final approval BEFORE I complete the edits & changes. Failure to respond AND/OR pay within a biweekly pay period will eliminate the opportunity for a refund unless other arrangements are made at my discretion.7. After I have completed your commission -- if there is no *text included -- I will shrink the watermark to a signature and send it to your email.8. *If your commission includes text, I will upload it to Canva and work on it from there once I have shrunk the watermark and finished your commission in Procreate.
